Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, preferably with the same level of packaging, such as being wrapped and double-boxed if the item is large or fragile.

Cancellations

In Tandem Gallery reserves the right to cancel online orders and issue refunds due to pricing errors or other unintended issues or concerns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable, as they are paid directly to the postal service. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

International Shipping

Our website currently has limitations in accurately calculating shipping costs for international packages. As a result, the shipping fees displayed at checkout may require adjustment. If an adjustment is necessary, we will promptly notify you before finalizing your order. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve this aspect of our service.
